This text reflects what data the site collects today and how it is handled. It does not replace legal advice.

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

The site collects personal data only when you voluntarily enter it into one of the forms, never automatically during simple browsing. Depending on the form used, the data may include: first name, last name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the content of the message, request or review you write.

Specifically, the site uses these forms:

Newsletter: name (optional) and email, to send you updates on new content.
Video call booking: first name, last name, phone, email and the topic you'd like to discuss, to organize a free video call with Giovanni Ceroni.
Coaching request: first name, last name, phone, email, the type of coaching path you're interested in, and any notes, to propose a tailored path.
Contact form: first name, last name, email, mobile number, WhatsApp and the text of your message, to reply to you.
Reviews: name, email, the rating you give and the text of your experience. The email is never published; the rest is published only after being read and approved.

3. Why we collect it (purpose and legal basis)

We process your data exclusively to respond to the request you made by filling out the form: sending you the updates you requested, organizing the video call or coaching path, replying to you, or publishing the review you chose to share. The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679 — GDPR), which you give by ticking the relevant checkbox before submitting each form.

4. Where the data is stored

Data submitted through the site's forms is collected and processed by Netlify, Inc., the hosting provider for this site ("Netlify Forms" feature). Netlify acts as data processor for this activity. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Cookies and analytics tools

This site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate form, how the site is used (pages visited, visitor origin), but only if you give explicit consent via the banner shown on your first visit. Until you consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page. 6. How long we keep the data

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, afterwards, for the period required to comply with applicable obligations or to protect any rights. Data used to send updates is kept until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested.

7. International data transfers

Some of the providers that process data on behalf of this site — Netlify, Inc. for hosting and contact forms, Google LLC for Google Analytics — are based in the United States. This may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area. These providers state that they adopt safeguards required under applicable law for this type of transfer; please refer to their respective policies (Netlify, Google) for up-to-date details on the safeguard mechanism actually in use.

8. Your rights

At any time you can request: access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability (Articles 15-22 of the GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to us via the Contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) if you believe processing violates the GDPR.
