THE AUTHOR

Giovanni Ceroni

Even before encountering NLP, he had already observed firsthand how perceptions, language and internal state profoundly shape results, relationships and choices. Discovering Strategic NLP wasn't the beginning of his path, but access to a map able to explain, organize and accelerate what years of professional and personal experience had already shown him in reality.

Today he combines coaching, Strategic NLP and professional experience to help individuals and organizations develop greater awareness, communicative effectiveness and the ability to generate concrete, lasting change. It's from this conviction — first observe the structure, then intervene — that The Invisible Blade was born.

Strategic coach, author and engineer with over twenty-five years of experience in contexts where decisions, relationships and results have real consequences.

Certified Mental Coach – Ekis-Licensed NLP Coach™, Master Advanced Practitioner of NLP and Neuro Hypnotic Repatterning: programs organized by Ekis and certified by Richard Bandler's Society of NLP.

Personalized paths

The change you want can start today.

It's people who change people.

Maybe there's something you've wanted to change for a while. A decision you keep putting off. A situation that keeps coming back. The feeling of being stuck, of not truly expressing your potential, or of knowing there might be a different way to experience what you're facing today. Imagine what could happen if you started the change you want right now. If you feel this is your moment, I'd be glad to accompany you on this path.

THE PATH

From a technical profession to a question about human behavior.

In his work as an engineer, Giovanni Ceroni learned to observe structures, constraints, relationships between elements and the consequences of decisions. Over time, that same attention shifted toward the way people interpret, communicate, choose and change.

From this perspective, coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming didn't become a change of direction, but a natural extension of the same outlook: understanding which elements, often not immediately visible, organize a result.

HOW THE SERIES BEGAN

Don't collect more tools — build a map.

The Invisible Blade exists to bring order to models, techniques and concepts that are often studied separately. The point isn't to know more tools, but to understand how, why and when to use them.

The first volume guides the reader through understanding. The second moves into intervention. The Premium Edition brings the first two steps together into a single path, designed to be read, studied, consulted and revisited over time.

Frequently asked questions about Giovanni Ceroni

Why does an engineer write about NLP and coaching?

Because engineering trains you to observe structures, constraints and consequences. Coaching brings that same observation into communication, internal states, decisions and change.

What is at the center of his work?

Making the processes that guide perception, language, internal states, choices and results more visible — turning concepts and techniques into a usable map.
