Discovering Strategic NLP wasn't the beginning of his path, but access to a map able to explain, organize and accelerate what years of professional and personal experience had already shown him in reality.
Today he combines coaching, Strategic NLP and professional experience to help individuals and organizations develop greater awareness, communicative effectiveness and the ability to generate concrete, lasting change. In his work as an engineer, Giovanni Ceroni learned to observe structures, constraints, relationships between elements and the consequences of decisions. Over time, that same attention shifted toward the way people interpret, communicate, choose and change.
From this perspective, coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming didn't become a change of direction, but a natural extension of the same outlook: understanding which elements, often not immediately visible, organize a result.
