Giovanni Ceroni
Giovanni Ceroni is a civil engineer, Licensed NLP Coach™ (Ekis), and Master Advanced Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Neuro Hypnotic Repatterning certified by the Society of NLP, founded by Richard Bandler.
Throughout his professional career, he has come to recognize that behind every result lies an invisible structure. The same principles that govern a building, an organization, or a project can also be found in human behavior: thoughts, emotions, language, decisions, and actions follow precise—often unconscious—patterns that shape the quality of the results we achieve.
From this insight came The Invisible Blade – Strategic NLP, an editorial project dedicated to making the invisible structure of human experience observable. Rather than presenting NLP as a collection of techniques to be applied mechanically, it offers a framework for understanding how we construct our experience and, when we choose to, how we can intentionally transform it.
Through books, articles, training, and coaching, Giovanni Ceroni provides practical tools to help people develop greater self-awareness, improve communication, make more effective decisions, and create meaningful, lasting change in their personal lives, professional careers, and organizations.
Because what remains invisible continues to shape our lives. The Invisible Blade illuminates what you could not previously see, making the invisible structure of your experience observable. Only when you can observe it can you truly understand it. And what you can understand, you can transform.

What people say about me
The change you want can start today.
It's people who change people.
Maybe there's something you've wanted to change for a while. A decision you keep putting off. A situation that keeps coming back. The feeling of being stuck, of not truly expressing your potential, or of knowing there might be a different way to experience what you're facing today. Imagine what could happen if you started the change you want right now. If you feel this is your moment, I'd be glad to accompany you on this path.

In his work as an engineer, Giovanni Ceroni learned to observe structures, constraints, relationships between elements and the consequences of decisions. Over time, that same attention shifted toward the way people interpret, communicate, choose and change.
From this perspective, coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming didn't become a change of direction, but a natural extension of the same outlook: understanding which elements, often not immediately visible, organize a result.
Don't collect more tools — build a map.
The Invisible Blade exists to bring order to models, techniques and concepts that are often studied separately. The point isn't to know more tools, but to understand how, why and when to use them.
The first volume guides the reader through understanding. The second moves into intervention. The Premium Edition brings the first two steps together into a single path, designed to be read, studied, consulted and revisited over time.
Frequently asked questions about Giovanni Ceroni
Why does an engineer write about NLP and coaching?

What is at the center of his work?
Making the processes that guide perception, language, internal states, choices and results more visible — turning concepts and techniques into a usable map.
