Which edition should you choose?
Not everyone needs the same starting point. Some want to understand how their own mind works before intervening on anything. Others already know what they want to change and are looking for the tools to do it. Others prefer to take on the whole path without interruptions between one volume and the next.
Volumes I and II are published in Italian; the Premium Edition, which brings them together, is also available in English.

The Premium Edition is the choice I recommend by default to anyone who writes to me asking “where do I start?”: it brings both volumes together in one continuous path and costs less than buying them separately. This doesn't mean the single volumes are a wrong choice: if you prefer two lighter reads, or want to read only the awareness part before deciding whether to go on, Volume I on its own remains an excellent starting point, complete and self-contained.
Choose based on how you work, not on what you “should” do.
