The Invisible Blade Method™
Strategic Coaching & Neuro-Linguistic Engineering
People see the effects. Few see the structure that produces them.
The Invisible Blade Method™ is the method I built to make that structure visible and to intervene on the mechanisms it is made of: beliefs, inner dialogue, perceptual filters, states, meanings and automatic patterns that steer decisions and results before we even notice them. It is designed for anyone who wants to create change in themselves and in others, and it takes editorial form in the series The Invisible Blade – Strategic NLP.
I have more than twenty-five years of experience on construction sites. As an engineer, I learned that a problem is never solved by working on its effects: first you read the structure that produces them. The Invisible Blade Method™ applies the same principle to human experience, using the tools of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
The Invisible Blade Method™ is an operational model based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming that organizes change into three phases: recognizing the structure that produces a result, intervening on the mechanisms that maintain it, and integrating the change so that it becomes available in future contexts.
I call Neuro-Linguistic Engineering the principle by which I apply to the structure of experience the same approach engineering applies to systems: observing how it is organized, understanding its relationships and intervening at the point that produces the result.
One method. Three phases. One path.
1. Recognize
The first step is to see. Perceptual filters, inner states, inner dialogue, meanings, automatic patterns and language models work below the threshold of attention. As long as they stay invisible, they keep producing the same result. Once they become observable, the possibility of choice returns.
2. Intervene
A structure you can see is a structure you can change. Submodalities, anchors, Swish, reframing, the Meta Model and the Milton Model become precise tools, chosen on the basis of what has been recognized, not applied like recipes.
3. Integrate
Change becomes part of experience when the new organization no longer needs to be constantly monitored. Volume III works on the architecture of decisions, beliefs, logical levels, strategies, Ericksonian hypnosis, time and the processes of integration, so that what has been changed becomes available in future contexts too.
From reaction to choice
The point is not to eliminate every automatic pattern. It is to recognize when a structure is choosing before we do. Making it visible creates the space to intervene, test alternatives and build a response that better serves the result we want.
Who it is for
- For anyone who keeps getting the same result, even when they say they want to change it.
- For anyone who wants to understand NLP as a tool for recognizing the structure of experience and intervening with greater precision.
- For coaches, trainers and professionals who work with other people and need a map for choosing their tools.
- For anyone who communicates, sells or negotiates and wants to do it with more precision.
The method in the books and in coaching
The Invisible Blade Method™ lives in the books: you can follow it independently and at your own pace, in your work on yourself or, if you work professionally with others, as a map for choosing and organizing interventions. Coaching is a personal path that we build together, session by session, around what you want to achieve. The two paths meet: readers can choose to work with me, and those in coaching find the complete map in the books.
Where to start
Frequently asked questions
What is The Invisible Blade Method™? The Invisible Blade Method™ is an operational model based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming, developed by Ing. Giovanni Ceroni, that organizes change into three phases: recognizing the structure that produces a result, intervening on the mechanisms that maintain it, and integrating the change so that it becomes available in future contexts. It takes editorial form in the series The Invisible Blade – Strategic NLP.
How is it different from an NLP manual? A manual usually starts from techniques. The Invisible Blade Method™ starts from the structure that produces the result, and chooses the tool only after recognizing it.
Why do I keep repeating the same patterns? Because part of our choices comes from automatic patterns working below the threshold of attention. As long as that structure stays invisible, it produces the same result. The first step of the method is to make it visible.
Can I follow it on my own? Yes. The books are built so that the method can be followed independently, both in working on yourself and, for those who work professionally with other people, as a map for choosing and organizing interventions.
Do I need to know NLP already? No. Volume I starts from the foundations of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and connects them to the structure of experience.
Which book should I start with? With the Premium Edition, which brings Volumes I and II together in a single path.
How does it relate to coaching? They are two paths that meet. The method lives in the books; coaching is a personal path built session by session around what you want to achieve. You can start from either one.
