Spreading a culture of coaching

There are no unresourceful people, only unresourceful states. I learned this first-hand, long before it became my work.

The resources we need in order to change are already inside each of us. Sometimes they are blocked by fears, habits, patterns that keep repeating despite our best intentions. Nothing is missing: what is missing is access to what we already have. A coach's job is to make that access possible.

That is why I believe coaching should not remain something for the few. If you don't observe your automatic patterns, you live at their mercy. And you call it fate. Understanding how the invisible structure that guides thoughts, decisions and communication works changes anyone's starting point, at any age and in any line of work.

Books in public libraries

I have donated La Lama Invisibile – Volume I and Volume II (IT), in the full-colour hardcover edition, to these Italian public libraries, where they can be borrowed free of charge.

A book in a library never has just one reader. It passes from hand to hand: the student preparing for an exam, the parent who can no longer talk to their child, the person leading a team, the one who has been repeating the same mistakes for years and wants to understand why. Each of them, once they start to see their own patterns, changes the way they speak and decide, at home, at work, with friends. And someone who has transformed themselves can help others change too.

This is how a culture is born: not from people who talk about it, but from people who, one at a time, begin to think, observe and choose the way a coach would.

The list keeps growing.

Talking about NLP where people listen

When I am invited on the radio or to a live session, I talk about NLP for about an hour, with concrete examples and stories. I explain how the patterns that guide our thoughts and decisions are formed, and how you can start recognising them as soon as tomorrow.

For libraries

Do you work in a library? If you think these books could be useful to your readers, write to me: I am happy to consider every request for copies for your catalogue.

I can also come to you for an event open to the public: an hour of NLP told through concrete examples and stories, to discover how the patterns that guide thoughts and decisions are formed. We can agree on the format and dates together.

People see the effects. Few see the structure that produces them.
